SQPK partnered with a leading Romanian investor to renovate a historic monument building in downtown Bucharest. With a joint investment of over €7 million, we restored the facade and rebuilt the interior, adding a commercial basement and retail space on the ground level. The top three floors were converted into an aparthotel with flexible studio and suite configurations. Managed by HOLT, this project introduced SQPK's first contactless hotel, establishing it as a prized mixed-use asset in our portfolio.
